Schedule a Video Visit with your Maimonides Doctor
Connect with a Maimonides provider from the comfort of your home with Maimonides Scheduled Video Visits. Registration is easy and will allow you to schedule your visit when it’s convenient for you.
After you schedule your video visit, you will receive an email from MaimoCare with the link and information needed for your video visit. If you need to reschedule or don’t receive an email, please call your provider’s office.
Video visits are covered by insurance, and typically billed at the same rate as in-person visits for the same service. However, during the COVID-19 emergency, many insurers are waiving out-of-pocket costs for video visits. Please contact your Maimonides provider’s office for more information. Contact your insurer to confirm your specific coverage before your video visit.

Do you offer foreign language support?
Maimonides serves a diverse community, and if needed, an interpretation service can be connected to your video visit to offer foreign language support. Please discuss any needs for interpretation services when you schedule your video visit.
What is the cost of a video visit?
Scheduled video visits are generally billed at the same rate as an in-person visit for the same service.
