Fraud, Waste & Abuse – It is our policy to provide healthcare in a manner that complies with all applicable federal and state laws. Protection Against Retaliation & Intimidation – A key element of our Corporate Compliance Program is the ability of employees to express problems, concerns, or opinions without fear of intimidation, retaliation, or reprisal. Gifts – Maimonides prohibits the receipt of gifts, regardless of size or value, from healthcare industry vendors to employees and other individuals associated with Maimonides.
