Brooklyn, NY (6/30) — More than 140 golfers braved the stormy weather on June 26th, to participate in Maimonides 20th Annual Golf Classic Tournament at the North Hempstead Country Club. A record $300,000 was raised to support the Maimonides Medical Center’s Emergency Department.
The Emergency Room at Maimonides Medical Center receives more than 122,000 visits per year, including 33,000 pediatric patients at Brooklyn’s only Children’s Hospital and Pediatric Trauma Center.
