Eighty doctors receive recognition at Maimonides Medical Center, more than any other hospital in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, NY (Feb 26, 2024) Maimonides Health announced today that 80 Maimonides Medical Center doctors were recognized as Top Doctors by Castle Connolly, with 40 unique specialties represented among the awardees.
Castle Connolly Top Doctors represent the top 7% of all practicing physicians in the United States. All awardees are peer-nominated, and thoroughly vetted by Castle Connolly’s physician-led research team. Doctors are meticulously selected based on achievement of excellence in clinical care as well as other criteria like interpersonal skills.

Six Maimonides physicians were recognized as Top Doctors this year for the first time, in areas of specialty including orthopedic surgery, emergency medicine, otolaryngology, and gastroenterology.
