Brooklyn, NY, May 7, 2026 – Maimonides Health Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Health Services and Population Health Jenny Tsang-Quinn, MD, was recognized by City & State New York in its annual Asian Trailblazers feature.
Dr. Tsang-Quinn was named among 50 Asian American community leaders helping to shape the future of New York City, spanning fields including healthcare, politics, government and public affairs, real estate, the nonprofit sector, and more.
Dr. Jenny Tsang-Quinn serves as Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Health Services and Population Health at Maimonides Health. A dynamic leader with expertise in primary care and value-based care, Dr. Tsang-Quinn directs Maimonides’ ambulatory operations across all its certified medical sites and partners with executives to strengthen the quality of its ambulatory services. Her team collaborates with community physician groups, including the Coalition of Asian-American IPA and Rendr. She currently serves as interim executive director of Community Care of Brooklyn IPA.
She has held numerous roles at Maimonides, including Senior Vice President of Clinical Effectiveness, Vice President of Clinical Programs, and Chief of Clinical Services and Network Development. She previously served as Chief Medical Administrative Officer at Rendr, where she led strategic and population health initiatives for a network caring for nearly 200,000 Chinese immigrants in New York. Dr. Tsang-Quinn has also directed workforce development efforts at the New York Alliance for Careers in Healthcare and held roles at the Union Health Center and the September 11th Fund. A graduate of the Autonomous University of Guadalajara School of Medicine, she holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and is fluent in Cantonese and Taishanese.
