BROOKLYN, NY – On January 24, 2023, Castle Connolly, a universally respected health care ranking organization that has carried out extensive physician-led research to identify and award the nation’s top doctors for the last 30 years, recognized nearly 100 physicians at Maimonides Health as part of its 2023 Top Doctors list. The Castle Connolly annual top doctor’s list represents the top 7% of practicing physicians in the country.
The organization is known for its rigorous physician-led selection process, which involves utilizes both patient- and peer-review to validate findings. When selecting “Top Doctors,” Castle Connolly evaluates performance across a wide range of criteria including clinical achievements, research leadership and treatment outcomes data as well as interpersonal skills related to patient communication and experience.
