Annual physical exams and preventive screenings for adults 18 years and older, including age-based appropriate testing
Immunizations and vaccinations
Chronic disease management including high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) care

On-site tests and care we provide

We make it easier to get answers without extra stops. With on-site tests and common in-office services, you can often take care of key items during a single visit. Your team also helps arrange imaging or specialty follow-up as needed, including:

Lab draws (bloodwork) and urinalysis
EKG and basic heart tests and diagnostics
Lifestyle and nutrition guidance
Medication management and refills
Minor in-office procedures (wound care, joint injections, vaccines, and other services as appropriate)
Referral coordination for imaging (X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, and CT)

What to expect at your visit

From your first call to follow-up appointments, our team helps make care feel straightforward.

Book your visit: Schedule by phone. We check your insurance coverage before your appointment when possible.
Check-in: We confirm a few details, then our team checks your vitals, medications, allergies, and what brought you in.
Meet your provider: You talk through symptoms, concerns, and health goals. Your provider completes an exam and answers questions.
Get tests when they help: We can order bloodwork or an EKG. If you need imaging or specialty care, we can help arrange it.
Leave with a plan: You get clear next steps and a follow-up plan. Prescriptions go to your pharmacy electronically.
