Our new post-COVID Wellness Program—a community-based initiative for patients who have recovered from COVID
Whether you have recovered from severe manifestations of COVID-19, or have successfully self-quarantined at home with milder symptoms, or only tested positive for the virus but now have concerns related to this new and multifaceted illness, our multilingual staff is here to help.
We collaborate with your primary-care, family physician to offer adult patients (19 and older) comprehensive evaluation, testing, and long-term management of post-COVID-19 conditions. Our coordinated, multidisciplinary team (comprised of a pulmonologist, cardiologists, neurologist, vascular specialist, nephrologist, endocrinologist, behavioral health specialists, and other specialists) will treat you in the safe environment of our spacious office with on-site cleaning services and, for existing patients, extended hours via telemedicine.
