Management opportunities
If you think all management jobs in healthcare are alike, think again. We search for managers who are as strong in their leadership skills as they are in their technical expertise. We believe, wherever possible, both employees and management should have the opportunity to interview candidates for leadership positions. We want strong, high-performing teams, and teamwork is critical to achieving that goal.
Our compensation, benefits, and training programs are competitive for both the recruitment and the retention of management talent. Our managers are exposed to a variety of interdepartmental projects and committee work.
Internships
Interns are a valuable resource, whether for special projects or as potential candidates for future openings. Reaching out to local academic institutions for interns is just one way we connect with the many communities we serve. Through these internships, we provide students with valuable insight into the healthcare environment under structured, well-supervised leadership. For more information on internships, visit our Internships and Undergraduate Medical Education page.
