Welcome to the Undergraduate Medical Education Programs

The Undergraduate Medical Education Program at Maimonides offers a range of elective rotations to 4th year medical students. We provide medical students with hands-on clinical experience in several specialties and subspecialties that continually occur during the clerkship years of medical school. Students apply their knowledge and gain practical skills under the guidance of experienced teaching faculty, fellows and residents in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The culturally diverse program emphasizes academic, personal, and professional development, offering a range of clinical interests and research during the clinical clerkship year.
