Maimonides Health is proud to invite you to our 1st Annual Primary Care Symposium. This is a free, hybrid (in person and virtual) symposium that will explore latest advances in the field and in key subspecialties partnering with primary care.
This year’s event coincides with National Internal Medicine Day, a day of recognition established by the American College of Physicians (ACP) that “recognizes internal medicine specialists and subspecialists who are united by a commitment to excellence and make a difference in the lives of their patients every day.”
We invite you to be part of these dynamic, in-depth sessions. Together, we are dedicated to improving outpatient and longitudinal care in Brooklyn and all the communities we serve.

Summary:
The use of artificial intelligence in clinical care has expanded rapidly, making it increasingly important for physicians to understand its capabilities, limitations, and appropriate application. In this lecture, three clinical leaders from Maimonides Health will introduce the foundations of artificial intelligence, explain in practical terms how AI systems work, and describe how these technologies are currently being implemented in healthcare.
