This free, virtual and in-person symposium features new research and clinical paradigms related to the diagnosis and management of complex neurologic conditions and science.

Symposium topics

This year we have a number of sessions that will be focusing on emerging topics that have become mainstream in neurology. This includes sessions on women’s neurology, lifestyle neurology, functional neurologic disorder, and anti-MOG syndrome. We also want to highlight recent advances that are exciting in the field, including new methods to diagnose Alzheimer’s disease. Lastly, we want to highlight topics in neuro-ophthalmology, a challenging subspecialty for all practicing clinicians.

Learning objectives

Our aim is to educate clinicians in the community and our institution, as well as provide an opportunity to get hands on practice on challenging parts of the neurologic exam.

This annual conference is designed with the following audiences in mind:

• Physicians, including neurologists, neurosurgeons, vascular neurologists and stroke specialists, vascular and interventional radiologists, pediatric neurologists and other pediatricians, psychiatrists and other behavioral health experts, cardiovascular specialists, OB/GYNs, and emergency medicine and primary care providers
• Healthcare professionals, including first responders/EMTs, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, rehabilitation specialists, and others
• Interested members of the public
