Comfort, convenience, and a little indulgence. That’s what you’ll find when you opt for a Deluxe Private Maternity Suite at Maimonides Health. Your spacious room is the perfect place to bond with your baby and connect with your loved ones as you celebrate the newest member of your family.
These special rooms are not covered by insurance. You may request a Deluxe Maternity Room when you arrive at Maimonides to deliver your baby. Rooms are limited. If one is available after your baby arrives, we will offer it to you.
What’s Included in Your Private Maternity Room
We’ve designed these rooms with comfort in mind. Each well-appointed space allows you and your guests to spread out and relax. When you arrive, you’ll receive a special welcome bag with a:
- Plush bathrobe for you
- Modesty breastfeeding gown
- Receiving blanket and onesie for your baby
Your room includes:
- Guest sleeping accommodations (one adult guest)
- Complimentary cable and phone (landline) service
- A 40-inch television
Also included for you and your guest:
- Three meals a day
- Fruit platter, snacks, and beverages
- Mini fridge
- Free Wi-Fi
- Free parking in our Maimonides Medical Center garage

Availability, Cost, and Payment
You can pay for your room using cash, check, or credit card. Costs are as follows:
- One-night stay after a vaginal delivery – $525
- Two-night stay after a C-section delivery – $1,050
Payment is due when we assign you a Deluxe Private Room. If your doctor recommends a longer hospital stay, you’ll pay for additional nights as needed.
