Maimonides Medical Center is seeking to relocate the Maimonides Women’s Services 9th Avenue clinic currently located at 4422 9th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11219 to a space contiguous with the Maimonides Adult and Pediatric Care 7th Avenue located at 6323 Seventh Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11220. Co-locating services creates a one-stop-shop for the primary care needs of women, children and families.
