Simone Chang is a Certified Nurse Midwife in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Maimonides Medical Center. Ms. Chang graduated from Frontier Nursing University and completed her clinical experience at Maimonides Medical Center. She provides direct care to persons across their lifespan including pregnancy, birth, postpartum, gynecology and primary care. Ms. Chang is certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) and holds a post-graduate certification as Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
