Dr. Meghna Nayak is a general pediatrician in the Division of Pediatrics at Maimonides Medical Center. Dr. Nayak completed her residency at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore. Dr. Nayak has been a general pediatrician at Maimonides Medical Center since 2012. She has largely spent most of her time seeing patients at the Newkirk Family Health Center. Her practice is focused primarily on routine well child care, parenting support and advice, common chronic illnesses of childhood as well as sick visits. More recently, Dr. Nayak has developed an interest in supporting breastfeeding mothers and infants and is a certified lactation counselor. Dr. Nayak is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
