Dr. Manolis Tsatsas joined Maimonides in the division of Gynecologic Oncology. He received his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his medical degree from Weil Cornell Medical College. He then went on to complete his residency at Mount Sinai, and his fellowship at SUNY Downstate. He has over 20 years of experience in the field, with an emphasis on post graduate education and clinical trials research. Dr. Tsatsas is actively certified in Ob/Gyn and Gyn Oncology. His special interests include the use of minimally invasive surgery in oncology and complex gynecologic conditions. He has also received numerous teaching awards as well as strong reviews for his professionalism during his patient interactions.
