Dr. Izuka Udom-Rice is a compassionate, board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist with over 25 years of experience in the field. She is dedicated to providing thorough and well-deserved care in Obstetrics and Gynecology to every woman, regardless of background.
Dr. Udom-Rice graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Interfaith Medical Center. She subsequently pursued a subspecialty fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Weil-Cornell Medicine. She has contributed several publications in the subspecialty, focusing on areas such as the management of twin pregnancies and diabetes during pregnancy. She has served as an attending physician at multiple hospitals in New York City and Long Island, including Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, NYU-Langone Woodhull Hospital, and Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow.
Dr. Udom-Rice is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG) in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with a current certification valid until December 30, 2025. She actively participates in ABOG’s annual Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program, ensuring ongoing certification and professional development in her specialty.
