Dr. Anju Gupta-Modak is the Clinical Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. She completed both her pediatrics residency and fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center and is board-certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.

Dr. Gupta-Modak earned her medical degree from Bombay University and completed pediatric residency and neonatology training in India, where she obtained her MBBS, MD, and DNB, as well as additional pediatric training in the United Kingdom, earning the MRCP.

Her clinical interests include the care of extremely premature infants and the advancement of developmental care practices in the NICU. She is also certified in neonatal massage therapy and is committed to providing evidence-based, family-centered care that supports the healthiest possible outcomes for newborns.
