Honoring Care Through Giving
The Grateful Patients program is a meaningful way for patients and their loved ones to express appreciation for the exceptional care they received at Maimonides Health. Through this initiative, patients can recognize the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of caregivers—whether individuals, teams, or departments—by making a charitable gift in their honor. This unique program strengthens the bond between patients and caregivers while advancing the mission of Maimonides through philanthropy.
How to Honor Your Caregiver
Make a gift through our dedicated donation form. During the process, you’ll be able to select the caregiver, team, or department you’d like to honor.
After your donation:
-
You’ll receive a personalized thank-you letter.
-
The caregiver you honored will be notified by email of your tribute.
Acknowledging Their Impact
Honored caregivers receive an email letting them know a gift was made in their name. It includes:
- Your name (unless you request anonymity)
- Any personal note you include
- A message from our Development Office recognizing their impact
In the future, honorees may also receive a commemorative pin or certificate recognizing their Guardian Angel status.
Say Thank You, Your Way
If a caregiver made a difference in your healing journey, let them know. A gift in their honor doesn’t just say “thank you”—it uplifts, inspires, and helps provide exceptional care to the next patient walking through our doors.
