Dr. Yacov Stollman is a physician in the Gastroenterology Division at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Stollman grew up Ontario, Canada. He came to New York and began to study medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.He was also Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn Subsequently, Dr. Stollman completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology back at Einstein and Montefiore Hospitals in the Bronx, including two years of research at the Liver Research Center at Einstein. After completeing his fellowship, Dr. Stollman became co-chief of the Nutritional Support Team at the Long Island College Hospital, consulting on enteral and parenteral nutritional management. He then joined the Maimonides Community in 2013, and currently serves as a gastroenterology fellowship training faculty member and treats the outpatient community at their new Medical Doctors Pavilion.
