Dr. Alexandra Renzi, MD is a board-certified and fellowship-trained thoracic surgeon. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Rutger’s University in New Brunswick, NJ, followed by her medical doctorate from St. George’s University School of Medicine, where she graduated summa cum laude and received the Golden Stethoscope Award for being the top academic performer in clinical skills. She completed her general surgery training at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, followed by a fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery at Northwell Health. Her dedication to excellence led her to complete additional training in advanced robotic thoracic surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital. She is a proud member of The Society for Thoracic Surgeons.
