Dr. Ainie Soetanto is a board-certified vascular neurologist based in Brooklyn, NY. She received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY. She is an attending physician at Maimonides Medical Center and is part of the faculty at SUNY Downstate Medical Center as Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology. She serves as the Associate Program Director of Education of the SUNY Downstate Neurology Residency Program. Prior to joining Maimonides Medical Center and SUNY Downstate, she was an attending physician and faculty at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Besides clinical neurology, her career interests include medical/neurology education and the study of psychiatric manifestation of neurological diseases.
