We are seeking a:

Per Diem Wound/Ostomy/Continence Nurse Specialist
Wound Care
Days (7a-5p) some Weekend coverage required

Description:

The Wound Care Ostomy Continence (WOC) nurse clinical specialist serves as a clinical resource and conducts health, physical assessments and treatment focused on wound, ostomy, and continence (WOC) care. Provides staff and patient education and counseling. Coordinates and collaborates with provider (physician or nurse practitioner) to formulate plan of care. Participates in nursing quality committee and quality improvement initiatives relating to WOC issues. Collaborates with leadership to develop, revise and evaluate standards based on current national guidelines for best practices and delivery of care.
