Dr. Marie Bentsianov is an internist and nephrologist who has been serving the Brooklyn community for 20 years. Dr. Bentsianov attended the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, where she received her medical degree, and completed her fellowship training in nephrology. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Bentsianov is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine and nephrology. She is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, the American College of Physicians, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Bentsianov teaches medical students from SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She has been consistently recognized by as a “Top Doctor” in multiple metro-area publications. Patients see her for a variety of reasons, including hypertension, arthritis, asthma, diabetes, and kidney disease. She speaks English, Arabic, and Russian fluently, which makes her widely accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Dr. Bentsianov is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient’s situation and adapts her consultations and treatment options appropriately to accommodate individual needs and concerns.
