Dr. Mahmut Celiker is a board-certified pediatric hematologist medical oncologist with expertise in palliative medicine. Dr. Celiker is part of a multidisciplinary team that treats children with cancer and other blood disorders. Maimonides has Brooklyn’s only pediatric cancer program that is part of the nationally renowned Children’s Oncology Group, an organization that unites more than 9,000 experts in childhood cancer at over 200 leading children’s hospitals, universities and cancer centers in the fight against childhood cancer.
