Injection Clinic
Part-Time / 20 Hours
10 am – 2 pm / Monday – Friday
No weekends or holiday

Description:

• Administration of all intramuscular (IM) psychiatric injections, as directed by the prescriber.
• Conduct individual health assessments upon admission to the clinic and evaluate the need for hospitalization or other emergency medical care as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Must have an active New York State Nursing license.
• 2+ years of RN experience administering intramuscular medication.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of patient care unit operations.

Preferred:

• Experience with long-acting Psychotropic medication.
