Kristen Mallon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the care of Geriatric patients and their families. Working alongside medical professionals as part of the Division of Geriatrics team, Kristen Mallon has an unwavering commitment to enhance patient quality of life through effective communication in a safe and welcoming environment, promoting patient self-determination and autonomy. Kristen Mallon assesses the needs of all patients and is able to provide individual and family therapy, family support and education and connections to community resources (such as home care, transpiration services, meal services, legal/financial services, senior/adult day centers, exercise programs, dementia services, Holocaust survivor services, caregiver support services, and more).
