We are seeking a full-time HR Business Partner to join our Ambulatory Services and Physician Enterprise to support employees in the MMC ambulatory and physician enterprise network. In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating strategic partnerships with physicians, operational leaders, and employees across the practice sites and provide consultative services to complement the day-to-day practice operations.
In addition, the HR Business Partner will be instrumental in fostering operational success through provision of support in areas of team member relations, talent and organizational development, compensation, recruitment and other HR related functions. You will also work in concert with organizational leadership, HR leadership, and department leadership to execute HR strategy.
You will also:
· Partner with employees and leaders to facilitate effective performance management process and the execution of performance reviews, development plans and performance improvement plans.
· Engage with the workforce and leadership to develop talent strategies, succession planning, analyze performance management trends and identify, develop, and/or conduct applicable training opportunities.
· Identify emerging talent, mentor and development opportunities.
· Partner with management/executive leadership to analyze and address the talent gaps, assess current workforce capabilities and model future workforce needs against program opportunities.
· Demonstrate strong presentation, development and execution skills. Comfort and capability in presenting in small or mid-sized groups and leading cross-functional teams.
We require:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree; Master’s in Human Resources preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably in Human Resources and in a healthcare setting.
• Computer proficiency (strong knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong problem-solving skills; organizational, multi-tasking under deadline
• Human Resources certification strongly preferred
