About Me

Dr. Luba Rakhlin is a physician in the Division of Endocrinology Metabolism at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Prior to joining the Maimonides team, Dr. Rakhlin completed residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. Her fellowship was at the combined program of Weill Cornell Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Rakhlin is active in teaching, with interest in diabetes management and prevention and thyroid disease treatment. Her goal is to help her patients succeed in management of their disease and have overall a positive outlook.
