About Me

Dr. Kadirawelpillai Iswara is the Director of Advancecd Endoscopy, Division of Gastroenterology, at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He completed his residency at Coney Island Hospital and the Bronx Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center. Dr. Kadirawelpillai Iswara has published extensively throughout his medical career. Currently, he is Assistant Professor of Medicine at SUNY Down State Medical Center. Dr. Iswara is an integral part of the gastroenterology team at Maimonides, offering outstanding care and treatment in our new state-of-the-art Endoscopic Center.
