Dr. Irina Kazachkova is a Director of Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at Maimonides Medical Center. Dr. Kazachkova completed her residency in Pediatrics and Fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology at Maimonides Medical Center. Dr. Kazachkova treats children with wide variety of endocrine disorders. Her special interests are in pediatric diabetes mellitus type 1 and type 2. She also has special interest and expertize in pediatric obesity. Excellent results of her management of pediatric obesity have been acknowledged by pediatric community and published.Dr. Kazachkova is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and sub-board of Pediatric Endocrinology.
