Requirements:

• Using the Nursing Process, care for Pediatric and Adult patients in collaboration with providers, clinical and clerical staff.
• Assess and triage walk in patients.
• Perform intake on scheduled patients.
• Perform POCT.
• Medication administration.
• Vaccine administration.
• Patient teaching.
• Documentation of all physical assessment.
• Assist with patient requests, form completion and pre-visit planning.
